OUR SUSTAINABILITY STRATEGY
To grow sustainably, in 2020 we voluntarily began the sustainability reporting process, initially using the international GRI standards and, for the 2024–2025 report, the structure of the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS).
Since then, we have regularly analysed the impact of our activity and consulted internal and external stakeholders in order to update the relevant topics and our strategy.
In the most recent reporting cycle, we deepened this effort through a double materiality analysis and, for the first time, by calculating the carbon footprint of our entire value chain.
Our strategy is built around five priority directions: Ethical Business Performance; Quality for Health; Team Development; Community Involvement; and Environmental Efficiency. In recent years, we have translated these priorities into dozens of concrete objectives and projects and strengthened our internal processes, in order to better integrate sustainability into business decisions.
