OUR SUSTAINABILITY STRATEGY
To develop sustainably, in 2020 and 2023, as part of the biennial voluntary reporting process, we conducted two materiality analyses. These involved a comprehensive assessment of Secom Healthcare's activities and consultations with hundreds of external and internal stakeholders.
As a result of these analyses, we identified, confirmed, and updated the potential material topics, as well as our sustainability strategy. Our strategy is based on five priority action areas designed to amplify the positive impact of our activities and minimize the negative one: Ethical business performance, Quality for healthcare, Team development, Community involvement, and Environmental efficiency.
