Secom® continues its investments in the national retail network

The company will invest more than EUR 530,000 in three new stores, in expanding its portfolio of products and services, in marketing activities and in developing the skills of its team of consultants

Secom® Healthcare, an authority leader in integrative medicine solutions, will invest more than half a million euros in its retail network in 2023, in order to be closer to the people in search of a healthy lifestyle and to support them with an integrated portfolio of superior products and services.

The company has recently opened a new location in Promenada Mall in Craiova and will launch two more locations in Bucharest and Constanta in November, thus bringing Secom® Retail to 17 locations by the end of the year. Beyond the expansion of its national store network, Secom® Retail will introduce new products and services to the portfolio, and part of the planned investments for 2023 are also directed towards developing the capabilities of the team of consultants.

Today, Secom® offers two major advantages to the consumers visiting its stores: access to its entire portfolio of over 700 premium products, from advanced dietary supplements, teas, functional foods, to organic personal care products and natural cosmetics, and free access to scientific phytotherapy consulting services from specialists with medical background. The 53 consultants in the Secom® retail network are graduates of pharmacy or biology faculties or have worked as pharmacists or medical nurses. They have expertise in providing documented recommendations so that Secom® consumers can make an informed choice of the products best suited to their needs.

As of September 2023, Secom® Retail has registered an increase of almost 70% of its online sales on e-shop, while sales in physical stores have increased by approximately 25%. The development was driven by sustained investments in optimizing digital marketing campaigns, the new loyalty program Secom Club launched in April and, last but not least, the diversification of the portfolio. Also, the promotion partnerships concluded with Bringo/Carrefour, Glovo,, Fan Courier, Edenred, Guerrilla radio have significantly contributed to increasing Secom® Retail's awareness and, implicitly, its customer base.

Secom® currently has stores in: Bucharest (3 locations), Bacău, Brașov, Cluj-Napoca, Iași, Ploiești, Pitești, Sibiu, Timișoara, Arad, Oradea, Suceava and Craiova. In addition, Secom® products are marketed on the online platform  and in more than 8000 pharmacies and health food stores nationwide. Moreover, the Good Routine® products created by Secom® are available in seven international markets (in Iceland and on the following Amazon marketplaces: UK, France, Spain, Germany, Austria and Belgium).
